INVESTIGATION: did Sir Steve Redgrave THROW Dancing on Ice???

by SportingGumshoe

Was this man capable of losing an amateur skating competition?

New evidence has emerged over a year after five-time olympic champ Steve Redgrave 'lost' the Dancing on Ice competition in 2025 that casts doubt on the reality of the frankly disappointing result.

Sir Steve has some difficult questions to answer

In a recent interview Sir Steven Redgrave was pressed on whether being a five-time olympic champ had helped him at skating, and why hadn't skating 'clicked' for Steve in that case? Sir Steven dodged the question saying that other skaters had started off with better skate skills. But this just begs the question. How could an renowned athelete such as Sir Redgrave not have better skate skills?

In my humble opinion all of the evidence points to that Sir Steve threw the competition. He walked a hard tightrope to do this. He had to make it believeable to not attract suspicions but he couldn't risk accidentally winning!

Are we supposed to believe this?

But why did he do it? At first I suspected that Steve was being threatened by the judges.

But then I thought about it and I realised the truth. Steve did it out of sportsmanship, he wanted to let a new generation of athletes shine out and he couldn't take that away from them. He had to graciously 'pass on the torch'. Once again showing he is a true sporting legend.

But don't worry Steve, you're secret's safe with me ;)
